Harvest Northland Limited is a collaboration between Tokotoko Solutions Ltd, Ministry Of Social Development, Work and Income, Kaipara Kai and Growers in Te Tai Tokerau.
The co-operative has developed a regional seasonal work plan to support clients into Full-time or Part-time permanent employment over a 12-month cycle.
Work and Income referrals complete and intensive work ready and training programme with Tokotoko and on satisfactory completion are employed by Harvest Northland Ltd on either permanent Full-time or Part-Time employment.
Throughout the year employees are able to undertake specialist training, work experience, tickets or qualifications to up-skill in their chosen fields.
